Race Distance:  5 Mile Country Run - 2 Mile Walk/Run- 10 Mile Bike Ride

Registration 8:00 A.M. until race time.  -   Bike Ride 8:30 A.M.  -  Run 9:05 A.M. - Walk 9:10 A.M.

Divisions:  Up to 14, 15-19, 20+, 30+, 40+, 50+, 60+ (age as of race date)

Cost:  $13.00  if  pre-registered by 6/30/09

$15.00 after 7/1/09

Awards for Runners:  Medals for 1, 2, and 3
